The service

We work to keep it fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every document will convert perfectly — complex files sometimes don't.

Your files and responsibility

• You keep all rights to the files you upload. We claim no ownership of your documents or the converted results.
• You confirm you have the right to process the files you upload — they are your own or you have permission to use them.
• You agree not to use the service for anything illegal, including processing content that infringes copyright or violates the rights of others.
• Keep your originals. Files are deleted immediately after processing (see the Privacy Policy), so we cannot recover a file for you. Always verify the converted result before relying on it.

Fair use

The tools are free for normal personal and business use. Automated bulk access, scraping, or reselling the service is not permitted. File size and count limits shown on each tool page apply.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Creator is not liable for damages arising from the use of the service, including lost data, conversion errors, or downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the service — which is zero.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version always lives at this address, with the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
